CentralFlex is built on an architecture that allows you to group multiple connections and manage the family of connections as one unit, rather than individually. This gives you greater control and flexibility as you can manage a single “user”, be that an end point with multiple connections, or a person, location, team, fleet or region.

CentralFlex allows you to add your own customisable fields to your SIMs, connections, users, groups and organisation, giving you and your team all the information you need to find and manage your SIMs and connections.
These custom fields are displayed at every level, are searchable and visible in reports, allowing you to add another dimension to your reporting. Meanwhile, Tags allow you to further categorise and collate your groups, users and SIMs.

device tracking and locking
Device tracking and locking gives you even greater control over your connections. Device tracking allows you to know if any SIM is connecting from a new device. When device tracking is turned on, an alert will be sent when a device connects to your network for the first time, or changes to a new device. Device locking takes device tracking a step further by allowing you to lock a specific SIM to a single device's IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity). If a locked SIM attempts to connect to your network via a new device without authorisation, the connection will not be established until the SIM is re-authorised to do so.
admin level control
Having multiple admin level rights allows you to assign different abilities to your administrators, whether they need to manage the entire portal, just a specific segment, or viewdata only and not make changes. Our admin levels put full control in your hands.
